WAGE & HOUR TO HOLD LABOR SEMINAR

The Wage & Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor recently announced that its Tampa District Office will hold three labor seminars within central Florida. Federal and State representatives will conduct the training, with special emphasis on transportation, migrant housing, as well as H-2A registration information and Wage & Hours’ role in the enforcement of H-2A contracts.

The following are the locations of the seminars:
December 4, 5:30 P.M - Turner Agri-Civic Center, 2250 N.E. Roan Street, Arcadia
December 5, 5:30 P.M. - Nora Mayo Hall, Florida Citrus Building, 500 3rd Street, N.W., Winter Haven
December 6, 5:30 P.M., Manatee Civic Center, 1 Haben Boulevard, Palmetto
