STATE ISSUES PREVAILING WAGE SURVEY RESULTS
 
The Agency for Workforce Innovation recently released the results of their 2005 season prevailing wage findings for Valencia Oranges. The following are the results of the survey:

The prevailing wage surveys are conducted each season by the Agency for Workforce Innovation in order to establish the wage that must be offered by employers requesting certification for the employment of H-2A foreign workers. Where there is a "no finding," the wage established one year ago becomes the prevailing wage.
