BULLETIN EXPLAINS PACA RULE

As reported earlier in Rap-Up, a final rule was published May 30 in the Federal Register by the PACA Branch of the USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service regarding Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). FFVA’s Marketing & International Trade Division has mailed a bulletin to all Producer Members detailing the rights and responsibilities of producers in regard to the final rule.
