BULLETIN TO COVER BORDER AND INTERIOR ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS, I-9 UPDATE

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chertoff highlighted on Nov. 6 the Department’s progress on enforcing immigration laws including construction of pedestrian and vehicle fences, increasing the size of the border patrol and more. FFVA’s Labor Relations Division will issue a Bulletin soon to Producer Members detailing Chertoff’s remarks. Also covered in the Bulletin will be an important update regarding I-9 employment forms.
