PRODUCER COMMENTS SOUGHT ON PROPOSED H-2A CHANGES

FFVA’s Labor Relations Division is urging members to submit comments to the U.S. Department of Labor regarding its proposed changes to the H-2A guest-worker program.

The division mailed a bulletin to all producer members April 1 outlining those proposed changes that would be beneficial to Florida employers and those that would not.

FFVA members who did not receive the bulletin may call the Labor Relations Division at (321) 214-5200 to request a copy, or they may access the
bulletin and USDL’s proposed changes as well as FFVA's comments in the Publications section of www.ffva.com. Click here to submit comments.

Comments must be received no later than April 14.
