BRAZILIAN JUICE IMPORTS INJURE FLORIDA GROWERS SAYS ITC

In a preliminary finding last Thursday (March 3), the U.S. International Trade Commission ruled that imports of orange juice from Brazil have hurt Florida citrus growers. It is the first step toward a final decision by the U.S. Commerce Department in June that could result in anti-dumping duties on Brazilian juice. Commerce Department findings suggest those duties could range from 24 to 60 percent.
