ON TODAY SHOW As part of the Florida Sweet Corn Exchange pre-holiday
promotion, Chef Tom Valenti appeared Monday, May 16 on the Today
show to promote Florida Supersweet Corn. The recipe he used on

here. In-store display contests have started in Florida
and across the country as part of the promotion as well. Sweet
Corn harvest continues in Belle Glade, with a total spring harvest
for this year projected to be 24,000 acres.
