Nickelodeon announced Wednesday (July 13) that it has licensed several of its TV characters – including SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer – to several fresh produce distributors that will introduce a wide range of fruits and vegetable packages featuring the network’s characters in supermarkets next month.
The products bearing the characters’ likenesses include baby carrots, spinach, oranges, clementines and tangerines from California-based Grimmway Farms, Inc., Boskovich Farms and LGS Specialty Sales.
