APPOINTS MIKE SOLE AS DEPUTY SECRETARY Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Secretary Colleen M. Castille has announced the appointment of Mike Sole as DEP's Deputy Secretary for Regulatory Programs and Energy, which oversees DEP's six regulatory district offices and the divisions of Air Resource Management, Waste Management and Water Resource Management. Sole will begin his new position on November
