Florida Chamber's Environmental Network's 22nd Annual Growth Management and Environmental
Permitting Short Course will be held February 15-17 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in
Orlando. The course will cover the state's "Pay
as You Go" legislation and provide an update on implementation of the 2005
Legislature's new Blueprint for Florida's Water Future. Keynote speaker will be
