HELP PROMOTE FLORIDA IN PRODUCE INDUSTRY AUCTION
The annual Celebration of Life dinner and auction, held April 1 in San Francisco during the spring board meeting of the Produce for Better Health Foundation (PBH), needs donated auction items from Florida's produce industry. Hunting trips, beach getaways, golf outings and football tickets are just examples of donated items that can help raise money for the PBH programs.
"California's industry has traditionally contributed the majority of auction items at the PBH auction, so we need to shore up Florida's presence at this year's event," said Ray Gilmer, FFVA public affairs director and member of the PBH Executive Committee.
