ISSUE 1107 COMMENTS
SOUGHT ON GRADE STANDARDS FOR PEPPERS USDA
Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is seeking comments on the possible development
of United States Standards for Grades of Peppers other than sweet peppers. The
effort comes after the Fruit and Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee asked AMS
to identify commodities that may be better served if grade standards are developed.
