TO HEAD FLORIDA CITRUS MUTUAL Mike
Sparks has been selected to serve as the executive vice president and chief executive
officer of Florida Citrus Mutual. Sparks is a longtime Florida Department of Citrus
official who was also considered for the top spot at that agency before Ken Keck
was selected for the job. Sparks
replaces Andy LaVigne, who resigned in February to take the position of president
