CITRUS FORECAST LOW - LABOR SHORTAGE BLAMED

National Agricultural Statistics Service's Florida office last week (July 10) forecast the orange crop at 151 million 90-pound boxes, which, although up from 149.8 million in 2004-05, was lowered by 2 million boxes from the previous forecast because of labor shortages.
