NAMED OUTSTANDING FAMILY BUSINESS

Duda & Sons Inc. will be recognized as the Outstanding Florida Family Business
of the Year Feb. 2 at the 2007 Florida Family Business of the Year Awards at the
University of Tampa.

- The
Florida Family Business of the Year Awards were created in 2001 to recognize the
best of the state's family owned, family operated businesses. Award criteria include
innovation of the business' strategies and practices, expression of positive family
values, the quality of the link between the family and the business, contributions
to the community, and overall growth and viability. The award is associated with
the Florida Family Business Program at the John H. Sykes College of Business at
the University of Tampa.
