WAL-MART’S PETERSON RESIGNS
 
Bruce T. Peterson, senior vice president and general merchandise manager of perishables for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., announced Feb. 2 that he had submitted his resignation. Peterson said he would remain with the company until the end of February. As of Rap-Up deadline, he had not announced his future plans, and no successor had been named.
