TODAY SHOW TO FEATURE FRESH PRODUCE

The Produce Marketing Association (PMA) has been working with producers from the Today Show on their "farm to fork" series, which started airing in late February. This series provides consumers with a "behind the scenes" look at various commodities.

The first segment, which aired Feb. 23, focused on food service. The second segment, which aired on March 5, featured the meat industry, and the third segment, scheduled to air March 12, will concentrate exclusively on fresh produce. Yuma, Arizona-based Taylor Farms serves as the backdrop for the segment.
