WEDGWORTH LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE RECOGNIZED NATIONALLY

The Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture & Natural Resources was recently presented with the “Outstanding Leadership Education Program” award at the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Association of Leadership Educators. This award extends over all leadership programs, from high schools, universities, communities, industries, and disciplines. The Outstanding Program award is given to a program that has maintained an innovative edge in bringing leadership to individuals of all backgrounds.

This program is now in its 18th year of service, has graduated six classes, has approximately 170 alumni including several FFVA members and staffers, and has reached over $1 million in endowment fund-raising.
