JUDGE UPHOLDS SIGNATURE REVOCATION LAW

A Tallahassee circuit judge has upheld a new law that gives voters 150 days to revoke their signatures from ballot-measure petitions. Hometown Democracy, the petition drive to slow growth in the state, had brought the case to court saying the law violates the Florida Constitution.
