AG EXPO A SUCCESS

About 700 people attended the Florida Ag Expo held at the University of Florida Gulf Coast Research and Education Center Dec. 6-7. Attendees learned about ways to earn additional revenue from their operations, viewed the latest in equipment and technology and brushed up on food safety measures. Florida Agriculture Commissioner Charles Bronson delivered opening remarks at the day-long food safety session Dec. 7. He said is Florida is leading the way in the biofuel arena and food safety. About 150 attended the optional food safety program.
