PACIFIC TOMATO NAMED AS FINALIST FOR GROWER ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

American Vegetable Grower magazine has named FFVA producer member Pacific Tomato Growers, Ltd. of Palmetto as one of five finalists for its annual Grower Achievement Award. The 2008 award, sponsored by Syngenta Seeds/ROGERS Brand in cooperation with United Fresh Produce Association, honors an operation that goes above and beyond in establishing itself as an industry role model.
The winner will be announced in the September issue of American Vegetable Grower and the award will be presented at United’s Public Policy conference iin September.
