Pricing

Registration is closed. Programming information will be shared June 2025. 

Registration fees include admission to all functions and Issues Forums with the exception of the Golf Tournament and Fishing Excursion. Tickets are required for entry to all meal events and will be included in your registration packets. Dress is business casual. Members: Please log in before registering. For registration assistance, please refer to this document.

Cancellation policy: A full registration refund for FFVA 2024 is guaranteed up to Aug. 16 (a $25 administrative processing fee will be charged on any refund). A 50% refund will be given from Aug. 17 through Aug. 30. Cancellations received after Aug. 30 are non-refundable. Contact convention@ffva.com with questions or to process a refund.

AVOID SCAMMERS: 
If you or your organization is contacted by an outside company attempting to sell an attendee list for FFVA 2024, please do not engage. FFVA does not sell or transfer attendee information to third-party brokers for commercial purposes. Any message making these claims is not affiliated with FFVA and does not contain information from FFVA about its attendees. Be on the lookout for any suspicious emails.
