FFVA is a produce industry leader in providing agricultural labor services that can help employers find the workers they need. FFVA helps secure a dependable workforce for members through the H-2A guest worker program and advises members on labor-related regulations. Additionally, FFVA is a leading industry advocate for immigration policies that bolster our national security while allowing growers access to a legal workforce.

FFVA provides support to FFVA members in developing and implementing food safety and sustainability programs. Our dedicated food safety and sustainability manager also provides training for and assistance with third-party audits as well as coordinating and conducting food safety and sustainability education and outreach.

FFVA members rely on the availability of a high quality, abundant supply of water at a reasonable cost. As Florida’s population grows, so does competition for this valuable resource. FFVA assists members directly on a case-by-case basis to help resolve water management issues before they develop into costly problems.

From exchange management to transportation to trade issues, FFVA provides the services and expertise that members need to make informed marketing decisions. In addition, FFVA has joined forces with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services by offering all FFVA producer members the benefits of FDACS' Fresh From Florida marketing program.

FFVA is continually engaged in a broad range of issues and activities at the state, regional and federal level to ensure Florida growers have the tools they need to provide Americans with the safest and most abundant food supply.

TPR, a FFVA subsidiary, makes registration possible for critical chemicals available exclusively to FFVA producer members. TPR Inc. actively holds labels in brassicas, root vegetables, fruiting vegetables, leafy vegetables, cucurbits and celery.

FFVA's Transportation Program is for the exclusive benefit of our growers, packers and shippers. Managed by C. H. Robinson, the program’s strength is C.H. Robinson’s ability to consolidate freight to gain competitive advantages in capacity, service and rates.
